MELN is designed to assist all education leaders with continual development and renewal of skills and/or attitudes necessary to maximize the effectiveness of their leadership.

Leadership In-Service Series

This series of four awareness level sessions offered throughout the school year features nationally acclaimed presenters offering practical advice on developing leadership skills.

Leadership In-Service Events

Collegial Groups

Professional support group that meets approximately 2.5 hours per month, October through June, to provide a vehicle for strengthening and sharing leadership skills. The meeting location, schedule and agenda are determined by each group.

Cooperative Purchasing Services

A wide variety of products are available with our program, the Cooperative Purchasing Connection. Vendor contracts are established through a formal bid process conducted by Minnesota Service Cooperatives (MSC).

Metro ECSU Membership

Active membership in Metro ECSU is open to each public school district which has chosen to join the cooperative by paying the appropriate membership fees. With membership districts can participate and vote in the governance of the co-op.
